Lisa Alfaro and Dorothy Mullen provide service to our customers. Lisa Alfaro is the pest control technician you will meet if you contact us in the West Valley. Dorothy Mullen is a full time teacher and works behind the scenes and helps out during the summer months.

Lisa has worked in other jobs where customer service was key to success. She reinvented herself when she decided to go into pest control and constantly strives to be better by going to conferences, seminars and networking with other pest control specialists.

Dorothy Mullen is also knowledgable in the pest control area and she is available to schools that may want to have a speaker come into the class room to discuss insects. Her teaching skills enable her to keep control while she is doing a brief presentation which is always a plus for any teacher.

Both Lisa and Dorothy believe in a grass roots company and they volunteer for various civic events and network. Animals and children play a large part in their decision to find alternative methods to pest control for others.
